Highlights of the tour include Merdeka Square, National Mosque, Twin Tower Photo Stop, National Monument, Kings Palace (from outside only) and TheanHo Temple & Chocolate Outlet. Rest of the day is Free for you to explore the city on your own.

Today depart for the half day city tour of Penang. Begin the tour with George Town, the capital city of Penang was named after King George III of England, is an interesting land of the old and new. It is worth to note that Penang has one of the largest Colonial Buildings in Southeast Asia. The tour includes a stop at Fort Cornwallis, built in 1808. Fort Cornwallis also marks the spot where Sir Francis Light first landed on this island. Followed by a visit to the State Museum, built in 1821, which houses a fine collection of old photographs, maps, charts and pass by the colourful Little India and bustling Chinatown. Next stop, The World's Fourth Largest Reclining Buddha statue at Wat Chayamangkalaram. After the tour you will be dropped back to the hotel

After breakfast, you will check out of the hotel. You will be picked by a private vehicle and he wil transfer you to the Cameron Highland resort. Cameron Highlands, which is located 1542 meters above sea level. famed for its tea plantations and cool temperatures. Reach the resort and rest of the day is free.

Today the whole day is free and easy for you to explore the place on your own. Optional Activity (Extra Cost) – you can visit the highlights of the highland. Begin by cruising through the “green carpet” of BOH plantation – the pioneer of tea growers in Malaysia. Founded in 1929 by John Archibald Russell, a Scottish, this vast estate is still owned and managed by the family till today. After the guided tour to the factory, we will sample various type of tea in the beautiful landscaped teahouse. After the refreshing tea break, our next visit will be the flower and vegetable farming. From the farm we will proceed to visit the villages of our highlands natives – the Semais. Explore the forests of the highlands. This short trek will lead us to the small waterfall where we will have a short dip. Later journey will take you to a day market where most of the local produce can be found. After the tour you return back to the resort.

Check in and rest of the day is free for you to explore the resort facilities. LEGOLAND Malaysia opens its 76 acres of adventure on 15th September 2012.
